We Do
Black Peak Energy is an energy auditing and advisory firm.
We are dedicated to enabling the transition to a low-carbon economy by specialising in energy auditing, greenhouse gas reporting, and advisory services for the built environment.
As EPC Professionals registered with the South African National Energy Development Institute, we are authorised to conduct audits and issue Energy Performance Certificates for buildings. Our consultants hold internationally recognised certifications from the Association of Energy Engineers and are EDGE Certified Professionals under the framework developed by the International Finance Corporation.
We are also accredited by the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment as independent verifiers of greenhouse gas emissions.
Through strategic partnerships, we have developed technology-enabled capabilities that support the automation and standardisation of energy assessments and related workflows, strengthening quality assurance and delivery efficiency.
Black Peak Energy is a Level 1 B-BBEE service provider.
